Six core services plus the extras — recurring cleaning plans, heat tape, snow guards, fascia repair. Same crew, same standards, written quote up front on every job.

New gutter installation is our headline service. Seamless aluminum gutters are formed on-site from a continuous coil — cut to the exact length of your roof, no seams to leak, no shop-cut sections to piece together. 5", 6", or 7" K-style profile for most homes; half-round for traditional architecture. 30+ standard colors to match siding, trim, or fascia. Hidden hangers spaced for snow load. Downspouts sized and routed to drain away from the foundation.

Clogged gutters cause ice dams in Utah winters and foundation water in spring runoff. Our standard cleaning hand-cleans every foot of gutter (no leaf blowers shooting debris into the bushes), flushes every downspout with a hose, tests flow at the discharge point, and bags + hauls off everything. We also send you photos before/after so you know it actually got done. Recurring twice-a-year plans available at a discount.

Existing gutters fail in predictable ways: fasteners pull out of the fascia, end caps crack and leak, downspouts come loose at the elbow, ice damage tears the gutter off the roof line. We diagnose the actual cause (not just the symptom), re-secure or replace failed sections, re-pitch where needed, and seal seams with quality polymer sealant — not silicone caulk that fails in a season. Whole-section replacement when the metal itself is shot.

Gutter guards are the single biggest upgrade you can make if your gutters keep clogging. We install three styles: stainless micro-mesh for fine debris (best for pine needles), aluminum perforated for moderate tree cover, and reverse-curve for heavy oak-leaf areas. Sized + spec'd to your specific roof slope and tree pressure. Most installs cut gutter cleaning frequency from twice a year to once every 3-5 years.

Utah Valley winters create the perfect ice dam conditions: warm attic, cold gutters, freeze-thaw cycle. Heat tape (a low-wattage heat cable run along the gutter + roof edge) keeps the meltwater path open so ice doesn't back up under the shingles. Installed with proper clips, plugged into a controlled outlet, and rated for the climate. We install during gutter season so it's ready before the first snow.

A gutter is only as good as where the water ends up. We add downspouts where there aren't enough, swap undersized ones, install extensions and splash blocks, run buried drain lines to daylight, and tie into existing French drains where needed. The goal is the same on every job: get the water 6+ feet from the foundation so it isn't seeping into the basement come spring.
