Resilient Rain Gutters is a family-owned gutter business based in Payson — Utah County local, working the entire Utah Valley from Eagle Mountain down to Santaquin. We're not a call center routing your job to whichever crew is available — we're the actual people on the ladder.
Equipment on every job: seamless gutter machine on the truck (custom-cut on-site, no shop-made sections), ladder + harness for safe work at height, color-matched coil stock in the 30 most common house colors, and a stocked toolbox for whatever the job actually turns out to need.
Every job gets a written quote — linear feet, color, downspout count, total. Before any work starts.
Gutter formed on the truck the day of install. No shop sections, no seams to leak.
We don't over-spec guards or upsell heat tape you don't need. Honest fix for the actual problem.
Before/after photos on every job — especially cleanings. You see what got done before you pay.
From the first call to the cleanup — you know what's happening and what it costs at every step.
Call (949) 401-0012 or text a photo of the gutter. We'll book a same-week on-site estimate.
Real human comes out, measures linear feet, looks at downspouts, asks about color, talks budget.
Quote in writing — linear feet, gutter spec, color, downspouts, total. Sign it, lock in a date.
Crew arrives, forms gutter on-site, installs, tests flow, hauls off old gutters, walks the line with you.
Pricing depends on linear footage, gutter size (5"/6"/7"), downspout count, and color. Rough range for seamless aluminum: $8-$14 per linear foot installed for 5" K-style, $10-$18 for 6". A typical 180-ft single-story home runs $1,800-$2,800 installed. Every job gets a written quote with the linear feet, the color, the downspout count, and the total — before any work starts.
Yes — three styles depending on what's overhead. Stainless micro-mesh for pine needles (we'll be honest if pine needles are your problem because they slip through perforated guards). Aluminum perforated for moderate tree cover. Reverse-curve for heavy oak-leaf areas. We won't sell you a more expensive guard than you actually need.
Twice a year minimum: once in late fall after the leaves drop, once in early spring after spring storms. Homes with pine trees overhead need 3x or guards. Homes with oak trees need 2x without question — oak leaves are the worst clogger in the valley. We offer recurring plans at a discount.
Yes — fully insured for gutter and roof-edge work in Utah. General liability + workers comp. Certificate of insurance available on request before work starts. Important — uninsured contractors that fall off your roof can leave you holding the bill for their injuries.
Yes — heat tape (de-icing cable) is huge in Utah Valley where the freeze-thaw cycle creates ice dams. We run heat cable along the gutter + roof edge with proper clips, plug into a controlled outlet, and time the install before first snow so it's ready when winter hits.
Usually yes — seamless aluminum coil comes in 30+ standard colors that match most house exteriors. Bring photos or we'll come look. If your gutter is unusual or 20+ years old, we may need to match by hand-painting after install — quoted separately.
Both. We're happy to do single-section repairs, downspout reattachments, end-cap reseals, and small fixes. We also do full tear-off-and-replace when the system has reached end-of-life. We'll honestly tell you which one your situation needs.
